Is there any way to add 2FA (preferably using google authenticator or similar) to the Greenbone web interface? We are changing all our web services to use 2FA and so far, Greenbone is the only one that doesn’t seem to offer any option to do this.

Use a Radius Server like RSA with RSA Token, then you can use 2FA for the Web-Interface. Any 2FA with a LDAP or Radius back end might work.
