I am new to this but I have downloaded GCE today and set up the VM in Hyper-V and configured settings.
All looks good until I attempt to download the feed. From looking at the shell logs I can see the following error:

You Network is unreachable says clear that your virtual network is not correctly setup. Please note you need to fix your IPv6/IPv4 connectivity inside your hypervisor. DNS works otherwise the IPs won´t show up so it a issue with your virtual to physical network.
