Centos 7, missing rerun /usr/sbin/greenbone-nvt-sync manually

I am trying to install to centos 7, and following a few guides always end up with missing files under usr sbin.
all of the guides have the same sort of instructions, here is one for example I’ve tried to follow: https://linuxincluded.com/installing-openvas-on-centos-7/
when I try to run the OpenVAS / gvm setup, I get the error
-bash: /usr/sbin/greenbone-nvt-sync: No such file or directory

how do I obtain this file?

Please note OpenVAS is end of everything and no longer supported anywhere.

I suggest you go with GVM 21.04.

If you are building is from the source, everything you need is available at github.
