Sure it is possible to write your own VTS.
Have a look at VT Development for a start. It’s as well always good to have a look at existing VTS to see how specific checks have been done before. Feel free to ask as well here if you get stuck.
And of course we appreciate if you share your VTS with the community so it might eventually land in the community feed.

The main question is more if GVM is supporting custom VTs at all and if so then how these can be used, moving into the GSE category accordingly.
