hello everybody
I’ve just installed gvm in kali linux 2020 using apt-get and gvm-setup is finished successfully and gave me the password. but when i want to login with admin and the given password it gives me “GMP error during authentication”
the following services are running:
ospd-openvas.service
gvmd.service
greenbone-security-assistant.service
What should i do?
GMP error means that there is some issue between gsad and gvmd where GMP - the Greenbone Management Protocol - is used. You should try to restart the gvmd.service and if the error is not resolved please take a look at the gvmd.log file.
