For GOS 4.3 a new patch level is available:

This update is a collection of various bug fixes, several are about network integration. Notably, from this version on, the GSM 100 is supported. Also, the GOS settings are now type-aware and thus in far more cases non-meaningful values are now rejected.
In total the patch level covers 14 improvements.
