GVM21.4.2 FEED ip is blocked

I use the command(sudo gvm-feed-update) only one sync per time .But My ip is blocked,so why?
What can I do to remove the blacklist restriction ？ Change my ip ?

Thanks for U. My gvm is working at now . I think this problem was occued because of my dns server’s caches was bag. When i cleaned up this and restart to update , My gvm was working.
