is there any possibilites to monitor what user is dealing with what in scanner manager and server.

example who is created task who is created user etc.

Turn on Debug-Level on GMP protocol at gvmd. The permissions are managed on GMP level, and you can get a full audit trail if you log all GMP PDUs. This will impact the speed and user experience, just to warn you.
