IoT device scanning

Hi, I am trying to implement a web service, where a user will be able to log in to the Dashboard and add his IoT device with all relevant information. And then he should be able to trigger a scan to assess the vulnerabilities of the device. Is this possible with openvas?

Does openvas provide any API endpoints that I can call to trigger a scan?

The relevant keyword for the search here seems to be gvm-cli.

I am sorry you wont get help from a Greenbone employee to establish a web service (at least for free).

We have one public API access point which is called Greenbone Management Protocol (GMP) but isn’t based on http.
