those are indeed quite a lot results, that can take a long time to load. This seems to me like an impractical number to handle all at once. As a workaround you could separate your target for this scan into several smaller targets such as subnets or some other logical criteria that suit your network. These smaller targets could receive an own task each which would reduce the number of results for a single report and should make handling it a bit more comfortable.
