Did you activate EFI boot mode as per the installation instructions?
Note: Oracle VirtualBox 6.1 or later is required for the new EFI boot mode! EFI must be activated in VirtualBox, see step 13!
- Activate the checkbox “Enable EFI (special OSes only)”.
