No scan results

After compiling, installing and have everything up, I’m not seeing any results on a scan I created.
I added my windows IP as a target, created a windows local account as normal user, added those credentials to the target, saved. Created a task to scan that target but not getting anything.
It’s also showing my PC w/ HP OS when it should be windows.
What should I do?

Is there any guidance on how the Windows account should be created in Windows 10?
