Two sets of OpenVAS 9 are deployed on CentOS 7.3 ,but one can’t be used and another can be used normally. Unusable OpenVAS updates the vulnerability library until 2018. The available OpenVAS vulnerability library is updated to 2017 . please explain the question
Please note OpenVAS is deprecated by GVM please upgrade to GVM9 and if you still have issues open a ticket.

Greenbone doesn’t provide any packages for any distribution besides our own Greenbone OS. Therefore we aren’t responsible nor even involved in the packages you are using.
Therefore please contact your package providers for this issues especially if they are related to installation and setup.
