we need to know what is the approximate deployment and storage size that is required, considering that we would need to conduct about hundreds of thousands of scans per day !!

The is no general rule for the system requirements. It heavily depends on your use cases and to be scanned networks. And of course we advise to buy a Greenbone product with professional support for you designated scan range.
