Hello everyone!
I am running some scans in my work private network using a Kali Linux to run the scans. However, I don´t know if I can run a scan over the Kali (ask the server to run the scan over itself).
I ask because it is essential that the Kali stay constantly working so that the company can carry out its work. Therefore it is necesary to know if that process would affect the functionality of the server or not before doing any scan.

You should be able to scan the machine it’s running on, though not sure if that will affect performance.
