how we can change timezone by default it is in UTC if i want to change?

Via GMP, the systems needs to run in UTC and the user can set a “user based” timezone for schedules and tasks. Otherwise a Scan can´t be globally across time zones managed.

what about reports? if i want get reports time other than UTC
