Trying to create a new Target receiving error Given Hosts was invalid

Installation method / source:

First time posting hopefully I got everything in here correctly. I have just setup my system on Kali Linux, have added some targets ran some scans. Now I am trying to organize things and creating targets. I have a few computers that I am trying to add either by “Computername” or “Computername.domain.local” and I get an error message “Given Hosts was invalid” if I add it via the IP address then there are no issues.
