Made an account just to say that I’m having the same issue and I’m looking for a solution too.

GVMD v21.4.2
Kali Linux Kernel version 5.10.0 kali9 amd64
I was suspicious that my scans for other hosts were not actually running, that was a mix of there being no network activity and the scans taking less than 1 minute so I decided to scan metasploitable and got the same results (minus 1 log).
Checking the gsad, gvm and openvas logs I find nothing but scans being started, run and then completed with no errors.
If I figure anything out, I will definitely post another reply.
