What do I have to do to enable https on 443 from that guide point of view? I have valid cert.pem, chain.pem, fullchain.pem.

Here are the instructions for enabling SSL/TLS on the Greenbone docker containers. These were tested a month or so ago, so there should be no problem. Please let us know if you encounter any problems setting up the encrypted connection to the web-interface.
