In an effort to stay with the current trends, I decided to look in to this a bit. I found a few projects on docker hub, but as is typical, there was always something missing. So I took the one that was the closest, cloned it, and started making changes. At this point, everything is working well, including email report delivery. I was hoping to get some opinions on it other than my own though. So if anyone would like to give it a spin:
