i am very interested about SCAP and CERT and GVMD_DATA since i am not really sure what they do or in which database they are stored.
Has someone maybe some advice or useful links to catch up?

GVMD_DATA contains standard data used by gvmd. This includes port lists, basic scanner configs, etc. In versions prior to 20.08, this was initialized on installation. Now, these definitions are fetched by feed, and the database is updated from there.
CERT data is structured data describing known security vulnerabilites.
SCAP data is instructions, in a standard format, which can be used to automate detection of security vulnerabilities.
These data are stored both in the GVM data directory and in the postgresql database.
